miniMasters Policy Statement

Payment
Registration and membership fees are payable in full at the time of
registration. Acceptable forms of payment include cash (in person
registration only) or personal checks, and Visa, Mastercard, or American
Express. Please note: there will be a $30 fee for returned checks.

Membership
Membership will run for one semester, beginning on the first day of the
semester in which you have purchased your first class. Membership fees are not prorated.  This is a family
membership and it comes with:
· Access to gym during open gym hours and 2 guest passes for open gym
· 10% Discount and priority when booking a miniMasters party
· 2 guest passes for open gym
· Waitlist priority and priority when booking a class

Discounts
-Register for two or more classes (per family) and you become an automatic
miniMasters member family.

These discounts/offers may differ from previously those offered. Discounts
cannot be combined.

Refunds
All refunds must be submitted to miniMasters in writing by mail or fax and
received by the specified refund date.
· For class orders (not including Summer session Camp), full refunds
will be issued prior to the first class of each semester. A prorated refund
will be issued after the first class of each semester. No refund will be
issued after the second class of each semester. If a class is cancelled by
miniMasters for any reason, a prorated refund will be issued.
· No refunds will be issued for summer sessions

· No refunds will be issued for membership fees
Cancellations
miniMasters reserves the right to cancel or modify classes and faculty.

Make-ups & swaps
Three make-ups are permitted per student per class within a semester.
Students may swap classes or times (if space is available) only twice persemester.

Make-ups can be accommodated in classes only if make-up spots are available and must be
scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for missed
classes.

Safety/Sickness
· Please keep sick children at home. We reserve the right to send a
child home to get well at our discretion and offer a makeup.
· Children enrolled in drop off classes must be escorted to and from
classrooms by their parent/caregiver.
· It is the responsibility of the primary member (the purchaser of the
family membership) to add or remove authorized persons to drop off and pick
up children.

Please be sure to completely fill out your child’s medical fact sheet and
sign the release in the case of an emergency.

Etiquette
As a courtesy to all your fellow class members:
· If you need to take a cell phone, please step outside of the room.
· If your child become upset during class, please step outside and return when your child feels better.
· Please keep your voices low and your conversations to a minimum.  Anyone disrupting the class may be asked to leave the room
. If your child needs you during separation classes, please be as discreet as possible.
. Please, accompany your child to and from class, even drop-off classes.

Food Allergy Awareness

miniMasters is food-allergy aware and committed to providing a safe environment.  Therefore, we request that you do not bring peanuts, nuts, or foods containing nut ingredients onto the premises.

Open Gym

All parents and caregivers are responsible for their child’s safety and supervision in the gym and are required to be within arm’s-reach at all times.  Non-compliance with this policy may result in a dismissal for the day and may result in a dismissal for the day and may result in the termination of membership privileges.  Open Gym hours are subject to change and may vary by semester.  On occasion, the gym may be closed for special events.  Food and drink are strictly prohibited in the gym.
